Doesn’t it feel good knowing you’ve taken the next step towards stopping overeating for good?

I know life is busy but I want to challenge you to show up for our session together.

One of the most common habits I see in my clients is that they have the habit of “letting themselves off the hook” when it comes to the commitments they’ve made to themselves.

We never break our commitments to others, but we don’t treat ourselves with that same level of respect. So I want you to make sure that the mini session showed up in your electronic calendar or that you place it in your paper calendar right now and promise yourself that you will do this for YOU. 

The morning of our call your brain will give you 100 excuses as to why you should blow it off….

>>>I have too much to do

>>>I can do this on my own

>>>You might even feel a bit nervous

This is normal but if you don’t show up, it’s likely that you’ll stay in the cycle of overeating and suffering. You deserve more than that.
